Casio Synthesizer - Casiotone 1000P

The Casiotone 1000P was the very first programmable casio synthesizer.  It is a sine wave synthesizer with a programmable arpeggiator.  Here are some of the synth specs:

Hello, i´d like to know if you have the electrial circuit diagram of the Casiotone 1000P. I bougth a bad one, and i´m trying to fix it... I hope you have the plans or maybe know where to find them. Best regards!

Any way, i can tell you that: If you switch on the keyboard, it doesn´t sounds. But, if you switch it on with a key pressed (anyone) it plays a note and make noises if the effects keys are pressed... At least the Amplifier is ok! The problem must be an IC.
Would you buy it??! I live in Chile, don´t know if it´s good for sending the machine to your country...

I just picked up one of these and the encoder that should control the arpeggio tempo doesn't work. I checked the solders and they all look good. Is there anything I can replace or check on the board to try to fix that?
