Funny little product by E-mu Systems aimed at giving the pro drummer a simple way to integrate electronic sounds into their rigs. I've only seen these a few times in the last decade. The E-drum features a velocity sensitive pad and accepts a sound cartridge to change the sound. Basic controls of the front of the E-drum allow you to change pitch, sensitivity, decay, bass and treble.
